Preconstruction Design

Design & Construction Estimate
Once the preconstruction phase is complete, we move onto the design and construction estimate phase. We will work with a designer/architect of your choice or we can recommend some of our close partners, who will provide detailed plans and cost estimates, including timelines and material specifications, to ensure you have a clear understanding of the project scope and budget.
On-Site Consultations
Throughout the construction process, we provide on-site consultations to ensure the project is progressing according to plan and to address any questions or concerns you may have.
